Access the roof using an extension ladder. If they are spotted early there is no reason why they need cause serious damage and no reason for you to replace all of the felting. A roof blister is a raised area where there is a loss of adhesion of the roof. Walk the roof and locate any raised ridges or half bulges in the roofing.

Flat roofs often require more maintenance than pitched roofs because the water and debris don t roll off the roof as easily.
