When you fall out you aren t actually in water until you move a certain distance away and then you can swim back up. Both times i tried to thrust but thrusters only stop the falling. One time i popped out through the roof a few metres up fell and landed on the roof and i ve fallen through the floor twice. If you want to try and repeat it then what i accidentally did was fall into the moon pool whilst using the builder tool and basically getting stuck in the walk state.
